Titova cesta 2a, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, registration number: 6152066000 (hereinafter the personal data manager/contractor) the following personal data: my first and last name, e-mail address and telephone or processes the mobile number for the purposes of direct marketing, statistical processing, conducting research, sending offers, promotional materials, greeting cards, magazines, various prize campaigns and invitations to events, communication, daily implementation of marketing research, adaptation of the offer, segmentation and implementation of other types of marketing and business analysis and other purposes. The persons listed on the application form have the right to access their personal data and the right to contact the Organizer at the addresses specified on the application form and in these General Terms and Conditions if they wish to view, correct, change or update their personal data in the database The organizer. Within 15 days, the organizer is obliged to prevent the use of personal data for the purpose of analyzing subscribers, marketing research and for the presentation of products and services of Rdeča Oranža d. o. o. (unsubscribe from notifications), and inform the person who requested it within the next 5 days. The costs of all related actions are covered by the Organizer. The project partner in advertising is the company Apel PR d.o.o.

At the same time, I confirm and declare that I am duly aware of my right to view, copy, copy, supplement, correct, block and delete personal data relating to me in accordance with provisions 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33 Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1) – Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, no. 94/ 2007. General

The General Terms and Conditions govern the registration and de-registration process for an individual Event before the execution of each Event, the protection of personal data and the execution of the Events. General business conditions of Rdeča Oranža d.o.o. (hereinafter: General Conditions) refer to all events (seminars, workshops, conferences and other events of an educational and/or informative nature – hereinafter: Events) and educational programs (audio and video educational programs, on-line educational programs, texts , transparencies and other educational materials in any format – hereinafter: Educational programs), organized by Rdeča Oranža d.o.o. (hereinafter: Organizer).

The General Terms and Conditions apply and apply equally to all Events and participants, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer in the context of registration for an individual Event.

The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of every application form for every Event, regardless of the form of application for the Event (in writing, via the website, by fax or in another way that shows the person and the Event for which that person applied). Each person who registers for an individual Event fully, irrevocably and unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions are published in the form of a legal notice in the currently valid version on the Organizer’s website (http://www.oranza.si) and may be changed from time to time. At the time of registration for an individual Event, the General Terms and Conditions apply, which are published at that time on the website http://coinmansa.com/general-terms/.

Registration and payment of the registration fee

Registration for the Event is done by filling out the application form in printed form, the online application form on the website or via e-mail info@coinmansa.com. Payment instructions and the payment deadline for an individual Event (including installment payment options) are received by all applicants after registration to the e-mail address they provided on the application form.

Cancellation of registration

The organizer reserves the right to reject any application or cancel without giving a reason. This also applies if the customer has already transferred money. In this case, the Organizer will return the money. Cancellation by the customer is possible only in writing, sent by e-mail to the address info@coinmansa.com. Verbal cancellations sent by phone are not accepted by the Organizer.

Cancellation of registration to the Event without the obligation to pay the registration fee

If in order to register for an individual Event it is not necessary to fill out an application form containing the Business Terms and Conditions for the relevant Event, the following General Terms and Conditions apply: The deadline for written cancellation without the obligation to pay the registration fee is 7 days before the date of the event published in the Event program. In case of later cancellation of registration, the Organizer will charge you the registration fee in full. In order to register for some Events, it is necessary to fill in the application form, which is equipped with special business conditions that apply to the Event in question and which also define the possibility of canceling the registration for the Event, without paying the registration fee or with a partial obligation to pay the registration fee. The terms of business, which must be agreed to by signature when registering for the event in question, comprehensively and completely define the options for canceling the registration, including its absence, unless otherwise stated in the terms of business. The organizer reserves the right to reject the applicant and refund the purchase price already paid (e.g. due to too many sold seats).

Content of events and educational programs

The content of lectures and materials at individual Events and the content of other educational programs (including online educational programs, audio and video programs) exclusively express the views of the authors/lecturers, and not necessarily those of the organizations in which they are employed or the Organizer. In no case is Rdeča Oranža d.o.o., Vsenet d.o.o. and Gog data d.o.o., its employees or subcontractors, responsible for any damage (indirect, direct or consequential) that would be based on the information on this website or on information obtained at individual Events or other Educational Programs.

Events and educational programs about personal finance and investing

The organizer and its lecturers are not financial advisors, stockbrokers or registered investment advisors. They do not recommend specific cryptocurrencies, cryptocurrency funds, stocks, funds or any other financial instruments. If any cryptocurrencies, stocks, funds or other types of financial instruments are mentioned in the Events and in the Educational Programs, they are mentioned for illustrative or educational purposes only. The organizer uses the statements or other claims of the participants in relation to their sales, earnings or other results achieved by the participants of the Events and Educational Programs. These statements or other claims do not mean that you or others will achieve similar results. The earnings and results achieved by the participants in the past do not necessarily predict the earnings and results they will achieve in the future. Where the Organizer mentions the returns, sales, financial or other results achieved by the participants of the Events and Educational Programs, these claims are based on the information received from the participants.
